A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 per guest is required within 10 days of securing your reservation. Final payment is due August 1st. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date forfeit all payments. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the arrival date forfeit the $1,000.00 deposit, and the remaining balance may be applied towards a rescheduled hunt up to 1 year only. If fewer guests arrive than initially booked, the remainder of the deposit can not be applied as payment toward the entire bill or other guests.
